SPOKANE, Wash. — Deputies arrested a man who was wanted for rape on Saturday evening in Spokane’s East Central neighborhood.
Around 6 p.m. on February 8, officials from the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force, along with law enforcement from Idaho and Spokane, arrested Frank Cunningham near S. Thor St. and E Third Ave.
An arrest warrant for Cunningham was issued in Idaho on February 7. He was wanted for rape and video voyeurism.
He was booked into Spokane County Jail and will be extradited back to Idaho to face his charges.
