SHOSHONE COUNTY, Idaho — Deputies discovered a meth lab in Shoshone County early Tuesday morning, according to Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office.
SCSO executed a search warrant at a residence in Pine Creek, where authorities discovered a methamphetamine manufacturing lab, a significant quantity of methamphetamine, and materials used for cultivating marijuana.
According to SCSO, the Sheriff’s Office’s Rapid Action Team found that the lab contained various chemicals, which pose a considerable risk to public safety.
No injuries were reported during the operation.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for assistance in identifying any similar illegal operations to help maintain safety in the area.
