LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — A person has life-threatening injuries from an overnight rollover crash on I-90 in Liberty Lake.
According to Washington State Patrol, a 20-year-old Post Falls man was heading east on I-90 around 1 a.m. Friday morning.
WSP says the driver lost control of his truck, hit the cable barrier and rolled.
The driver was ejected from the truck and the vehicle rolled into westbound lanes and caught fire.
The man suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to an area hospital.
WSP believes drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash and charges against the driver are under investigation.
I-90 was shut down in both directions between State Line and Liberty Lake but is now back open.
