CHENEY, Wash. — The Spokane County Medical Examiner has identified the man who was found dead in Cheney a little more than a week ago.
According to the Medical Examiner, 34-year-old Tristan Palmer died of multidrug intoxication and his death was ruled accidental.
Palmer was located dead Sunday, January 12 at Betz Road near Highway 904.
