VANTAGE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol arrested a man Wednesday morning suspected of being under the influence and leaving the scene of a crash.
According to troopers, 25-year-old Jose Torres of Quincy was driving west on I-90 at Vantage Bridge. WSP says Torres tried to pass another westbound vehicle but clipped the bumper and spun out.
WSP says Torres ran from the vehicle but was located and arrested.
The driver in the other vehicle was not injured.
