SPOKANE, Wash. — A NomNom store location undergoing renovations is using a dry-erase board in an effort to ward off potential thieves.
The gas pumps are still available to use at the 4107 Cheney Spokane Rd. NomNom location, but the store itself is closed.
Two large storage containers are next to the store, with a sign that reads, “Do Not Break In”. Other bullet points included on the sign:
Containers are full of storage racks and shelving. *No Tools Inside*Nothing inside has any resale value. There are NO tools on jobsite.Because you broke in, I was charged $4,000 to purchase rental unit. Now I own a container with broken doors. You thieves are jerks
KXLY called the store to confirm the break-in and damage, but the calls went unanswered, due to the store being remodeled. It is unclear who posted the sign, but whoever did appears frustrated over a recent theft incident.
KXLY reached out to NomNom’s public relations team and is waiting for a response.
