SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Spokane County announced most county offices and departments will close Tuesday and Wednesday in honor of the Christmas holiday.
The Board of Commissioners voted Monday to recognize December 24 as a county holiday.
While most offices and departments across the county will be closed, the Regional Solid Waste System, transfer stations, and scheduled court dates will keep operating.
The Superior and District Courts will stay open Tuesday but close on Wednesday.
All county offices and departments will reopen Thursday with regular business hours.
