COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — A suspect was arrested in Texas for sexually assaulting family members who were minors in 2007 and 2008.
According to the Coeur d’Alene Police Department, reports came in about the sexual abuse on October 1, 2024.
31-year-old Josiah Edward Bryan is charged with three counts of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor Child Under Sixteen.
Bryan, who used to live in Coeur d’Alene, was arrested in San Antonio, Texas and extradited back to Kootenai County.
Bryan was booked into Kootenai County Jail for the charges.
