KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — Kootenai County election officials want to ensure transparency and show the public that their votes are being counted correctly.
Kootenai County has launched a livestream from inside the elections office where you can watch democracy at work from the comfort of your home.
On the livestream, workers are opening absentee ballots leading up to Election Day where you can watch the votes being counted.
