COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — The Wolf Lodge Inn posted on Facebook on Thursday night they are exploring options and hope to rebuild their beloved restaurant which burned down in September.
In an October 24 post on the restaurant’s Facebook Page, the owners, management and staff, announced they are looking into building “Wolf Lodge 2.0.”
“We have a lot of red tape to go through, so we are looking for some help. Wolf Lodge is currently looking for a local survey crew for flood zone certs and property survey, and we are also looking for an architect to help us through these tough times,” the post reads.
The Wolf Lodge Inn was a Coeur d’Alene staple that attracted staff and patrons for generations. It burned down on September 2 in a massive fire started by grease buildup on a wood-fired grill in the kitchen.
The Facebook post asks for help in finding professionals who may be able to help the restaurant consider rebuilding options.
“If you know anyone that could help and maybe donate some time to help us, please let us know,” it says.
