AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. — A fugitive wanted for the rape and molestation of an eight-year-old child in Airway Heights was arrested Wednesday an hour outside of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, 34-year-old Brandon Frackenpohl is accused of raping and molesting the child in June. He fled the state shortly after.
An arrest warrant for Frackenpohl was issued on September 18 by the Spokane County Superior Court.
He was arrested Wednesday without incident.
Frackenpohl is charged with rape of a child in the first degree and child molestation in the first degree. He is waiting to be transported to Washington where he will be booked into Spokane County Jail.
