SPOKANE, Wash. — If you drive eastbound on Interstate 90 in Spokane, plan for extra travel time Wednesday.
The Washington Department of Transportation said crews are working to remove overhead lighting and install conduit for new flashing signals on the Rosamond Bridge just west of downtown.
The right lane and shoulder of I-90 will be closed about halfway down the Sunset Hill from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
WSDOT said electrical wiring will be fed through the new conduit for a pair of yellow flashing lights on the Rosamond Bridge at a future date.
