COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — Avista Utilities is sending a team from Idaho to Florida to help support those impacted by Hurricane Milton.
The company said the 12-vehicle, 19-person crew left the Coeur d’Alene office around 7 a.m. Wednesday. They are expected to arrive in Lake City, Florida in the next four or five days.

Avista’s crew will join other utility company crews from across the country helping support restoration efforts.
A return date for the crew has not been decided.
