LEWISTON, Idaho — The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lewiston man Monday for not registering as a sex offender in Oregon and Idaho.
According to the sheriff’s office, Timothy Brink committed sex crimes and was charged with sexual abuse in 2003 in Columbia County, Oregon. He had failed to register since 2007 and was charged multiple times for failing to register in Oregon.
Nez Perce Sheriff’s Office says they were made aware Brink was in Idaho, had not informed Oregon he was leaving the state, and did not register as a sex offender in Idaho.
On Monday, a deputy went to Brink’s home in Lewiston and arrested him.
