SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A semi-truck traveling west rolled over at the I-90 on-ramp near Montgomery and Indiana.
According to Spokane Valley Fire Department, rescue crews were able to stabilize the truck and safely remove the trapped driver.
The on-ramp remains closed.
