BONNERS FERRY, Idaho — For those living in bear country, the North Idaho Bear Fair is for you!
Idaho Fish and Game is hosting the second annual event at the Boundary County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 28 from noon to 4 p.m.
The event was created to help teach people how to live and recreate safely in bear country.
During the fair, people will learn how to protect livestock, how to use bear spray effectively on a grizzly bear and even how to make fresh apple cider!
The event is free to attend. Free food will be provided for attendees.
