BONNER COUNTY, Idaho — If you’re driving through Ponderay this week, you might need to find an alternate route due to some scheduled construction.
From 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., September 15 through September 21, the intersection of Kootenai Cutoff Road and McNearney Road will be closed nightly.
Bonner County Sheriff’s Office said the roads will be open during the day, but drivers should give themselves extra time in the evening for detours.
BCSO also said the construction will cause intermittent water outages for some in the area.
