SPOKANE, Wash. – A man wanted for murder, assault and a drive-by shooting was arrested, according to the United States Marshals Service.
Christopher Valle-Maciel was wanted out of Moses Lake and was located in Riverside County, California, Tuesday.

Valle-Maciel is facing charges for first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault and first-degree drive-by shooting.
An 18-year-old at the time, Valle-Maciel was a suspect in what appeared to be a gang-related shooting on November 12, 2023 in the area of Montlake Park in Grant County. Several suspects were identified, but Valle-Maciel fled the scene.
On August 6, 2024, The USMS Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Valle-Maciel.
