CHENEY, Wash. – If you’re driving through Cheney Tuesday, you will have to get around a complete blockage of one of the main roads in town.
Highway 904 will be completely closed at Betz Road from July 16 to July 22. This includes both southbound and northbound lanes.
A detour route will be set up southbound from Betz Rod to 6th Street and to Simpsons Parkway.
Northbound travelers will be detoured from Simpson Parkway to 6th Street and to Betz Road.
The closure is so crews can repave the railroad crossing near Betz Road and Highway 904.
