SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — A school bus with kids onboard was involved in a car crash in Colbert on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Washington State Patrol, the school bus, which had four children onboard, was heading north on Highway 2 and trying to turn left onto Colbert Road.
While turning, the bus stalled in front of oncoming traffic. A white car was unable to avoid the bus and crashed into the bus, pushing it into a dump truck that was next to a nearby stop sign.
WSP said all injuries were minor and the driver of the white car sustained a broken finger in the crash.
Another bus was sent to pick up the students who were on the bus during the crash.
